• Deliver exceptional customer service with professional communication, phone etiquette, and patient-focused interactions.
• Adhere to HIPAA, patient identification, infection control and hand hygiene policies.
• Utilize imaging systems and healthcare tech (PACS, Meditech, email platforms, image transfer) to support operations.
• Multitask, assist radiologists and team members, participate in training, and onboard new employees.
