Job summary

Cayuga Health is seeking an Imaging File Room Receptionist at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY. You will greet imaging patients, guide them to the proper modality, and perform clerical tasks while maintaining HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

Employee should be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a high volume phone call environment. Providing excellent customer service and the ability to communicate well with patient visitor and staff is required.
