Cayuga Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative for Imaging Services at 101 Dates Drive, Ithaca, NY 14850. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to adapt to daily questions in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Patient intake, such as greeting and check-in patients/verifying/updating patient demographics.
• Assist patients with filling out consent forms.
• Receive and process cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered.
• Initiate calls, pages, and triage phone calls.
• Assist in admissions, discharges, transfers and fulfill other customer service or clerical duties.
