Job summary

Centella in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Healthcare Technology Solutions HTS Customer Service Engineer to maintain, install, update, and service multimodal imaging equipment across the Southwest Florida region. You will interact with physicians, nurses, and technicians to keep life-saving systems running.

The role requires a biomedical or electrical engineering background, multivendor experience (Siemens, GE, Philips), and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Biomedical engineering degree or equivalent field service experience.
• Multivendor experience preferred (Siemens, GE, Philips).
• 4+ years' experience on Philips Cardiac/Angio.
• OEM training highly preferred.
• Troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and software.
• Skilled in medical system repair and installation.
• Excellent customer service and communication; strong math ability.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers courteously to resolve service issues.
• Repair systems including diagnostic imaging, therapy, computer, and network systems.
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications with minimal supervision.
• Complete required documentation promptly and legibly.
• Install equipment including calbrations, interconnections, and regulatory paperwork.
• Manage parts pickup/return and document usage per policy.
• Take after-hour calls on a rotating basis.
• Work overtime as required during on-call weeks.
• Continuously improve knowledge by field assignments on various equipment.
• Be a safe and courteous driver.
• Follow regulatory, safety, and work procedures.
• Ensure accurate entry of all service orders into the software.
