Job summary

Centella is seeking a Healthcare Technology Solutions (HTS) Customer Service Engineer in the Fort Myers/Naples area to maintain, install, update, and service Multivendor imaging equipment (MI, CT) for the Southwest Florida region.

The role requires an Electrical or Biomedical Engineering background with at least 4 years of Philips Cardiac/Angio experience, and multivendor exposure. You will support physicians, nurses, and technicians on-site and in hospitals.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent field service engineering experience.
• Multivendor service experience on medical imaging equipment (MI, CT).
• OEM training is highly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience on Philips Cardiac/Angio systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner to resolve service issues.
• Repair and service diagnostic imaging systems, therapy systems, and related equipment.
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications with minimal supervision.
• Complete documentation promptly for all service orders.
• Install and turnover equipment, including testing and regulatory paperwork.
• Manage parts pickup and return as per policy; document usage.
• Participate in after-hour on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
• Continuously expand knowledge through field assignments.
