Job summary

Centella is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to maintain, install, update, and service multivendor medical imaging equipment in South Florida. The role requires electrical engineering background and multivendor experience, with responsibilities spanning installation, maintenance, and on-site support across MI/CT modalities.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software, handle on-call shifts, and ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance while serving physicians

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent field service experience servicing medical imaging systems (MI, CT, etc.).
• Multivendor experience preferred in Siemens, GE, and Philips.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner to solve service issues.
• Repair of systems including diagnostic imaging, therapy, computer, and clinical network systems at customer sites.
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications with minimal supervision.
• Installation of equipment including uncrating, wiring, calibration, and turnover paperwork.
• Enter service orders into the software system accurately.
• Take after-hours calls on a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime as needed.
