Job summary

Centella in South Florida is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to maintain, install, update, and service Multivendor imaging equipment. The role covers X-ray, angiography, and related modalities across the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background or equivalent field service experience with Siemens, GE, and Philips systems, and 3–5+ years of hands-on troubleshooting. A strong customer-service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent Field Service Engineer experience on medical imaging systems
• Multivendor experience with Siemens, GE, and Philips
• 3–5+ years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner to resolve service issues
• Repair systems including diagnostic imaging, therapy, computer, and network systems at customer sites
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications with minimal supervision
• Complete required documentation timely and legibly
• Install equipment and complete turnover paperwork per requirements
• Handle parts pickup/return and document usage per policy
• Take after-hours calls on a rotating schedule
• Participate in Centella training courses
• Continually improve knowledge in repairing and servicing equipment
• Maintain safe and courteous driving and follow all safety procedures
• Ensure accurate entry of service orders into software
