Job summary

Centella in Southwest Florida is seeking a Healthcare Technology Solutions Customer Service Engineer to maintain, install, update, and service multivendor imaging and therapy equipment. The role covers service at customer sites across Lee and Collier counties, with emphasis on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an Electrical or Biomedical Engineering degree, have 4+ years in medical imaging service, and are comfortable with on-site installation, troubleshooting, and

Qualifications

• Requires Electrical or Biomedical Engineering degree and 4+ years in medical imaging service.
• Multivendor experience with Siemens, GE, and Philips equipment preferred.
• OEM training is highly preferred and hardware/software troubleshooting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers; solve assigned service issues in a courteous, professional manner.
• Repair imaging, therapy, computer, and network systems at customer sites with available resources.
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications with minimal supervision.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time; ensure proper turnover paperwork.
