Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Imaging Service Engineer I to service imaging systems within the designated area, performing preventive maintenance and installations with support as needed. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• At least one year of field service experience.
• Knowledge of imaging systems and related equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance with technical support assistance.
• Works independently on preventative maintenance with some help on unscheduled tasks.
• Performs installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment.
• Maintains excellent relations with field personnel, home office, and management.
• Communicates promptly with management; handles admin duties (timecards, work orders, reports).
• Keeps customer service orders and internal records up to date per policy.
• Maintains daily communication with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Uses escalation to resolve delivery issues and conducts root-cause analysis.
• Completes paperwork neatly and on time; may travel and work overtime as needed.
• Promotes the company image to internal and external stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Area Service Manager.
• Complies with FDA/ISO requirements and vendor credentialing.
