Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled maintenance and some unscheduled service on imaging systems within a designated service area. You will work with technical support and report to the Area Service Manager.

The role requires an associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science, plus at least one year of field service experience; strong analytical, communication, and customer-service skills; and the

Qualifications

Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year of field service experience.
Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and effective maintenance.
Strong listening and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain FDA and company paperwork standards.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Capable of operating test equipment such as oscilloscope and meters.

Responsibilities

Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
Performs unscheduled maintenance work with the assistance of technical support.
Is able to work independently on preventative maintenance work, but typically requires assistance on unscheduled maintenance work.
Performs installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment as directed with some assistance.
Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow‑up.
Complete administrative duties such as expense reports, timecards, work orders, and QA/RA records.
Travel as required; may work odd hours and overtime.
Comply with FDA/ISO requirements and vendor credentialing.
