Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Boston, MA to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. This 2nd shift role covers 12PM start with travel across the New England region.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, complete administrative duties, and collaborate with regional teams while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. Candidates with 1+ year in imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical fields are invited

Qualifications

1+ year in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
Ability to install, diagnose, and repair using electronics, mechanics, and networking theory.
Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
Willingness to work in office/home/remote setting and hospital environments.
Ability to work flexible hours including second/third shifts and on-call.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and generate service revenue.
Collaborate with regional work team to improve processes and training.
Complete administrative duties and required regulatory paperwork.
Resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems and complete PMs and installation tasks.
Travel approximately 70% within geography with 1–4 hours driving daily.
