Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment across Baltimore and Washington DC areas. You will build strong customer relationships and ensure timely service delivery, including administrative tasks and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1+ year in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries, with experience in imaging modalities preferred.

Competenze

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Experience with diagnostic x-ray/cardiovascular/cath labs equipment preferred.
• Ability to install, diagnose, repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer expectations.
• Travel about 70% across Baltimore, DC area; support multiple modalities.
• Perform administrative duties per Philips requirements and regulatory standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems; complete PMs and installations.
