Job summary

Philips in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.

You will travel regionally, work with cross-functional teams, and apply electronics, mechanical and networking knowledge to diagnose and repair systems. An associate degree in electronics is preferred, with 2+ years in imaging service or 4+ in electromechanical fields.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of imaging service experience or 4+ years in electromechanical industry.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical and networking theory to install, diagnose and repair equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience; BSEE/BSME preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting commitments and times.
• Document work, complete PMs, FCOs and installation paperwork.
• Travel regionally; coordinate with teams and escalate issues when needed.
