Job summary

Philips Field Service Engineer - Imaging Systems is a field role based in Minneapolis/St Paul, MN, with the primary responsibility of installing, troubleshooting, and servicing imaging equipment at customer sites. The role requires significant travel (approximately 70%) and flexible hours to meet customer needs.

You should have 1+ years in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries, plus an Associate Degree in electronics (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Preferred CT/MR/DXR imaging equipment experience.
• Ability to install, diagnose, repair and maintain imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage service tasks to resolve issues.
• Travel regionally to customer sites; maintain schedules and document work.
• Perform administrative duties (timesheets, work orders, PMs, FCOs) per regulations.
• Utilize tools and escalation processes to diagnose electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
• Approximately 70% travel required; driving 1–4 hours daily; occasional overnight travel.
