Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment across customer sites in Augusta/Bangor, Maine. Travel about 70% with potential overnights; you will also handle paperwork such as PMs and installation documents while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service (or 3+ years in electromechanical industries) and a background in electronics, networking, and hands-on repair.

Qualifications

1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries.
Experience with diagnostic x-ray/cardiovascular/cath labs equipment preferred.
Ability to install, diagnose, repair equipment using electrical, mechanical, and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites.
Provide excellent customer service, manage expectations and respond to service requests.
Complete PMs, FCOs, installation documents, and ensure regulatory paperwork.
