Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Medical Terminology & Computer Skills required.
• Currently enrolled in advanced education courses including Radiology, Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record patient information prior to procedure and complete paperwork after procedure.
• Assist technologists with moving patients from stretcher/wheelchair to procedure table using proper body mechanics.
• Retrieve medications from pharmacy or storage area and deliver to licensed staff.
• Assist with patient preparation for procedures.
• Perform clerical duties including answering and transferring calls and relaying messages.
• Operate computer systems with accuracy to avoid errors.
• Monitor supplies and restock to keep departments ready for procedures.
