Job summary

Omaha Children's Museum is seeking part-time Imagination Crew Members to provide frontline guest engagement, facilitate play-based learning, and support exhibits across the museum.

As part of the Guest Experience team, you will maintain exhibit readiness, assist with guest flow, and participate in training to learn new exhibits and procedures. This role emphasizes safety, inclusion, and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Initiate welcoming interactions with guests of all ages.
• Engage children and caregivers in hands-on exhibits through play and guided exploration.
• Reset, clean, and organize exhibits to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor exhibit areas and report safety or maintenance concerns to leadership.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; participate in training and learn new exhibits.
