Job summary

Omaha Children's Museum is seeking a Full-Time I-Crew and Admissions Lead to create welcoming experiences for children and families, focusing on guest admissions and first impressions. You will train staff, manage memberships, and help maintain the Gift Shop, while supporting museum operations and events.

You will work onsite, lead front desk activities, and ensure policies, safety, and guest satisfaction are upheld across daily & special programs.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiasm for working with children and families.
• Positive, friendly, and adaptable attitude that contributes to Team OCM.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with guests, children, families, and team members.
• Willingness to become First Aid/CPR certified and complete any required Health Department certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and support Front Desk staff and ensure guest check-in procedures and memberships are accurate.
• Maintain Gift Shop and front desk spaces; assist with events and field trips.
• Ensure safety of all guests and assist with special events and memberships promotions.
