Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management related field or equivalent combo of education and/or experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively – both orally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills to handle government program managers and SMEs.
• Strong analytical skills, reading comprehension, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Experience quality control checks and document control procedures of classified material.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Manage office records in paper and electronic formats, including gathering, organizing, processing, and indexing.
• Analyze records to identify classification level, including portion markings and declassification instructions.
• Ensure appropriate handling and control of National Security Information.
• Recognize intelligence information and understand document markings.
• Handle boxes and documents weighing 15–25 lbs and maintain integrity.
• Develop production summaries and logs for converted images and metadata.
• Capture metadata and indexing information.
• Provide support for general administrative office functions.
• Conduct quality assurance on scanning, indexing, and data entry to ensure accurate capture.
