BrightKey is hiring a Records Management Analyst to support Records and Information Management (RIM) activities by managing, securing, maintaining, and organizing physical and digital records throughout their lifecycle. Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance is required; interim Secret clearance may be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative or executive secretary/admin role is required.
  • Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in records management and/or filing role
  • Strong attention to detail is a critical skill/ability in this position
  • Must have good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to a wide range of Records and Information Management (RIM) Program functions
  • Support records management activities across the full records lifecycle, including records creation, maintenance, retention, transfer, and disposition
  • Properly store, secure and maintain historical, physical and digital documents
  • Obtain electronic records information from those off-boarding, using agency tools to ensure the information is accessible to others
  • Create, manage and maintain electronic and physical documents that appropriately document the agency activities, including SharePoint and other document management platforms
