Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting for a Service Advisor in Epsom to join a reputable automotive dealership. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £34,000 with uncapped OTE up to £42,000, working Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

You will act as the link between customers and the workshop, booking vehicles, handling enquiries, preparing job cards and estimates, and upselling where appropriate in a busy aftersales environment.

The Role

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they book their vehicle until collection. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently booking vehicles into the workshop, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately.


• Taking ownership of customer enquiries, addressing their needs and requirements with professionalism.


• Preparing detailed job cards and estimates, ensuring clarity and accuracy for the workshop team.


• Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop Manager to ensure seamless communication and workflow.


• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress and expected completion times.


• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or products where appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.


• Managing customer expectations effectively, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.


• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, as measured by feedback and surveys.


• Ensuring that vehicles are prepared and ready for collection on time, adhering to departmental targets and KPIs.
