Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, manage bookings in-house systems and address technical concerns. This role requires strong customer service, IT literacy and a calm, professional approach to challenging situations.

You’ll work 5 days a week (44 hours) with an uncapped bonus scheme and a strong benefits package including travel discounts, health and pension schemes, and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with fewer than 9 points as role includes collection and delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Handling job bookings in our in-house system.
• Discussing any technical concerns customers may have.
• Be the welcoming face for customers and provide great service.

• On-target earnings up to £36,960
• Comprising a base salary of £30,810 - £34,060
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year.
