Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting for a Service Advisor in Epsom to join a reputable automotive dealership. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000 to £34,000 with uncapped OTE up to £42,000, working Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

You will act as the link between customers and the workshop, booking vehicles, handling enquiries, preparing job cards and estimates, and upselling where appropriate in a busy aftersales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales role in automotive
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles into the workshop and capture all information accurately
• Handle customer enquiries and address needs professionally
• Prepare detailed job cards and estimates for the workshop
• Liaise with Technicians and Workshop Manager to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide updates to customers on progress and completion times
• Identify upsell opportunities to boost dealership revenue
• Manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and timely collections
