Job summary

Integratedservice is seeking a Program Manager for Intensive Home-Based Treatment in Logan, Ohio. This role involves providing leadership and oversight for high-quality, family-centered IHBT services. The manager will work closely with operations and compliance teams to enhance care delivery and maintain regulatory standards.

Successful candidates will have a master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in behavioral health. A salary range of $73,000 to $93,000 is provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields is required.
• Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or with multi-system youth and families is required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for intensive home-based treatment services.
• Collaborate with behavioral health operations and human resources.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and regulatory requirements.

Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions

Education

High school degree or GED equivalent

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field

Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Active licensure as an independent LISW/LPCC/IMFT in Ohio
