Amgen is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager to promote IgG4-RD therapies and educate healthcare professionals, across a matrix organization that includes Medical Affairs and Patient Access teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant sales experience in pharma/biotech or medical devices.
• Experience in account management for healthcare providers or hospital sales.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales objectives through promotion of disease and product education to HCPs.
• Execute strategic account business plans aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with Case Managers, Medical Affairs and Patient access teams.
• Leverage resources and cross-functional partners to close knowledge gaps.
• Build productive relationships with local, regional and national KOLs.
• Develop in-depth disease and therapeutic knowledge for IgG4-RD.
• Use consultative selling to meet needs of healthcare professionals treating IgG4-RD.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation/reporting in all activities.
• Travel as required to cover territory and engage customers.
