Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager for IgG4-RD to represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals. You will establish product sales, manage total territory accounts, and provide disease information to medical professionals and patients.

The role requires navigating a matrix environment with cross-functional teams and leveraging resources to address knowledge gaps. Travel and remote work options are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals
• Establish product sales and perform total territory account management
• Provide disease information and education to medical professionals and external customers involved in patient care
• Navigate a matrix environment with cross-functional teams to address need gaps
• Build relationships with key local and national KOLs within territory and therapeutic areas
• Maintain in-depth disease and therapeutic knowledge and use consultative selling approaches
