Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Systems Engineer II to provide level three support for IGEL thin client software enterprise-wide. You will test versions, upgrade software, and document processes while maintaining optimal operations and minimal disruption.

You will collaborate with field engineers, division managers, and vendors to establish standards and roadmap discussions. This role requires leadership, a strong customer focus, and proactive learning of new technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide level three support for IGEL thin client software.
• Test IGEL versions and desktop devices for stability.
• Provide operational support for IGEL thin client software and solutions.
• Coordinate with field engineers and division managers for standards and updates.
• Mentor team members and provide MOR metrics reporting.
