Job summary

IGT is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer III to lead design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise gaming solutions and infrastructure. You will act as SME across Windows, Linux, virtualization, databases, and cloud technologies, guiding complex projects and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, engage with customers, and drive innovations in automation and security, contributing to scalable, reliable operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years leading technical implementations or infra projects.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server.
• Strong enterprise networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support gaming systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure deployments meet performance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor Systems Engineers I and II through knowledge transfer.
• Act as senior escalation point for critical issues and drive improvements.
• Engage with customers and deliver architectural and operational presentations.
