Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Systems Engineer II to provide level three support for IGEL thin client software across the enterprise. You will test IGEL versions, upgrade software, document processes, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

The role involves collaboration with field engineers, division managers, and vendors to align on standards and roadmap discussions. You will serve as a subject matter expert on thin client technologies, interacting with IT&S, Information Security, and

• Mentor team members through Team Lead role and provide metrics reporting.
