Job summary

IS3 Solutions is seeking an experienced Endpoint Platform Engineer to manage IGEL thin clients, Linux-based endpoints, and Workspace ONE across enterprise environments.

The role focuses on stabilizing, maintaining, and evolving the endpoint platform, while troubleshooting hardware and OS issues and collaborating with EUC, security, and infrastructure teams.

This hands-on position requires 5+ years in enterprise endpoint support and a proven track record in large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting endpoint or desktop environments in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience with IGEL or similar thin client platforms.
• Working knowledge of Linux at endpoint level.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting across enterprise endpoints.
• Experience with Workspace ONE / AirWatch (Omnissa) or similar MDM platforms.
• Strong OS- and endpoint-level troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Linux-based endpoint environments, including thin client OSes.
• Manage and troubleshoot IGEL thin client platforms at enterprise scale.
• Support Workspace ONE (Omnissa) for endpoint management and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot OS-level, endpoint, and configuration-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware across laptops, desktops, thin clients, and peripherals.
• Assist with platform rollout, upgrades, and environment stabilization.
• Document platform standards, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with EUC, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
