GDH is seeking an experienced endpoint engineer to support and maintain a critical Linux-based endpoint environment with IGEL thin clients and Workspace ONE management. The role focuses on stability, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise endpoint devices.

The candidate will manage Linux endpoints, IGEL platforms, and Workspace ONE configurations while diagnosing OS and hardware issues.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.
• Hands-on experience with IGEL or comparable thin client platforms.
• Solid understanding of Linux at the endpoint level; server-heavy admin not required.
• Hardware troubleshooting across endpoint devices, including firmware diagnostics.
• Experience with Workspace ONE / AirWatch (Omnissa) or similar MDM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for OS and endpoint issues.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale enterprise environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based endpoint systems, including IGEL environments.
• Maintain enterprise IGEL thin client deployments for stability and performance.
• Administer Workspace ONE for endpoint management, policy enforcement, and device configurations.
• Diagnose OS-level, endpoint, and configuration issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot hardware across laptops, desktops, thin clients, and peripherals.
• Assist with platform rollouts, upgrades, and environment stabilization efforts.
• Document standards, configurations, and procedures for endpoint platforms.
• Collaborate with EUC, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in environment improvement projects and share best practices.
