ACCEL Schools is seeking an Intervention Specialist for Broadway Academy at Mount Pleasant in Cleveland, OH. You will support educational and behavioral goals for students with IEPs, collaborating with teachers to plan interventions and write IEP goals.

The role emphasizes inclusive practices, family communication, and data-driven progress monitoring. Strong state licensure, experience in inclusion or co-teaching, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Current state license required.
• Experience with inclusion or co-teaching models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with teachers to interpret student abilities and plan interventions.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction.
• Develop and implement behavior improvement plans and IEP goals.
• Lead IEP meetings and write objectives.
• Monitor student achievement and school culture goals.
• Apply research-based planning and instruction practices.
• Integrate culturally responsive teaching into daily lessons.
• Advise a caseload of students and communicate with families.
