Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven success as Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant within IAM/PAM or Directory Services environments.
• Experience designing, deploying, or selling CyberArk or the Idira platform ecosystem.
• Advanced knowledge of IAM, IdP, federation, SSO, MFA, RBAC, ZSP/JIT.
• Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory/LDAP, Unix/Linux.
• Cloud & DevOps automation with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM) and scripting.
• AI use in enterprise security, LLM security concepts and related attacks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical mindset, and cross-organizational relationship building.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and propose custom identity solutions for large enterprise accounts.
• Present credibly as identity security expert to stakeholders across levels.
• Lead PoV projects to demonstrate high win-rates for complex RFIs/RFPs.
• Design solutions aligned with hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to strengthen security posture.
• Own high-value responses for Idira RFIs/RFPs and ensure rapid value realization.
• Document High-Level Designs and core enterprise use cases for deployment.
• Drive thought leadership on Zero Trust, identity governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and enable regional systems engineers to elevate team performance.
