Qualifications

• Experience with IAM/IGA or related security technologies.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, identity lifecycle management.
• Exposure to identity platforms (Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Understanding of enterprise environments with directories, SaaS apps, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, authentication flows, or directory services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Specialists to support customer engagements throughout the sales process.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for prospective customers.
• Assist in technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Explain identity concepts such as authentication, access management, and identity governance to diverse audiences.
