Job summary

Cyera is hiring a Technical Enablement Manager to empower pre-sales and channel teams with identity security expertise. You will craft and scale learning programs, demos, labs, and certifications focusing on IAM, PAM, IGA, ITDR, and AI identity use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a high-performance cybersecurity sales organization across sales, sales engineering, pre-sales, channel, enablement, or learning and development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security pre-sales, including developing technical sales content, demos, labs and training from the ground up.
• Experience with IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, ITDR, and Zero Trust concepts.
• Familiarity with non-human and AI agent identities, service accounts, secrets management and least-privilege access models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs for the identity security portfolio.
• Determine identity security enablement priorities with pre-sales stakeholders.
• Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Build a trusted relationship with channel, pre-sales reps and leaders.
• Translate identity security product releases and customer use cases into field-ready messaging.
