Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced delivery leader to implement and deploy our security platform for customers. You will guide post-sales deployments, coordinate with engineering and support, and drive successful outcomes at scale.

This hands-on role requires strong technical skills in identity federation, cloud architectures, and modern web technologies. You will mentor clients, manage project scope, and contribute to process improvement across multiple deployments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Experience with identity federation and robust access control models (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS‑Federation).
• Software development experience (Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON, etc).
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on implementation and deployment services to customers.
• Lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects to ensure long-term success.
• Engage with the Customer Success team for smooth post-deployment transitions.
• Mentor and train customers on deployment practices and tools.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Support to address escalated issues.
• Drive product development through liaison with Product Management.
