Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity Platform Engineering to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments. You will lead security-focused engineering teams, advance identity governance, and enable automated, scalable access patterns with a focus on least-privilege and policy-driven controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management with direct reports.
• Experience leading IAM, security engineering, platform engineering, cloud, or related teams.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and policy-based access control.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and identity federation.

• Design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM services across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments.
• Lead IAM program delivery, governance, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide self-service, least-privilege IAM solutions.
