Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to lead design, implementation, and operation of enterprise IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, on-prem, and AI-enabled access patterns. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver self-service, least-privilege, and policy-governed identity services that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IS, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management experience with direct reports.
• Proven experience leading IAM, security/platform engineering, cloud, or related teams.
• Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, governance, and privileged access across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-prem.
• Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, policy-based access, Just-in-Time, least privilege models.
• Experience with authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Experience delivering self-service, API-driven IAM services for developers and apps.
• Automation experience with scripting, REST APIs, or workflow automation.
• DevOps/Platform engineering practices: CI/CD, IaC, policy-as-code, automated testing, observability.
• Cloud identity patterns including machine identities, secrets/key management, privileged access controls.
• Ability to apply identity controls to AI-enabled systems and AI-assisted development.
