Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises environments. You will lead identity services enabling secure, scalable access and partner with DevOps and AI teams to accelerate automation.

You will drive Identity Lifecycle Management, Governance, Privileged Access, and modern federation technologies while building high‑performing teams and fostering continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-premises IAM.
• Expertise in RBAC, ABAC, policy-based access control.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
• Experience with automation via scripting and REST APIs.
• DevOps/Platform engineering practices incl. IaC, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM program design and engineering efforts.
• Guide hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-premises identity patterns.
• Collaborate with DevOps and AI initiatives to enable automation.
• Develop self-service, policy-governed IAM services for developers.
• Manage and grow the IAM team and roadmap.
