Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity Platform Engineering to design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and AI-enabled environments.

You will lead teams, partner with software delivery teams, and drive automation through DevOps and AI to enable scalable, secure identities and least-privilege access across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 4 years of people management experience with direct reports.
• Experience leading IAM/security/platform teams.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management.
• Deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, policy-based access control, Just-in-Time and Least Privilege security models.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks: SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Experience implementing IAM governance, directories, cloud identity, HR, and application integration.
• Experience delivering IAM as a platform capability with self-service and API-driven services.
• Experience automating with scripting, REST APIs, or workflow automation.
• Experience DevOps / platform engineering: CI/CD, IaC, policy-as-code, automated testing, deployment, observability.
