Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity Platform Engineering to design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM services. You will lead a team across IAM, security, and platform engineering to deliver secure, scalable identity capabilities for hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

You will partner with development teams to integrate identity into modern software delivery, accelerate automation via DevOps and AI, and provide programmatic identity services with self-service and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions.
• 4+ years in people management with direct reports.
• Experience leading IAM, security or platform engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC and access control models.
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and operate enterprise IAM services.
• Lead and coach IAM/security/platform engineering teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate identity into software delivery.
• Deliver programmatic, self-service IAM capabilities with least-privilege controls.
