Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to shape the future of our identity platform by engineering secure, automated IAM services across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments. You will lead cross‑functional teams, promote security by design, and partner with DevOps and application teams to enable self‑service, time‑bound, least-privilege access patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, cybersecurity, engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management experience supervising and coaching staff.
• Experience leading IAM, security/platform engineering, cloud, or related teams.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts like lifecycle management, governance, and privileged access.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of scalable IAM platform capabilities.
• Partner with DevOps and software teams to integrate identity into development lifecycles.
• Drive automation, self-service IAM, and policy-based access controls across hybrid environments.
