Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.

You will lead teams, drive automation, self-service IAM, and policy-based access control while shaping the future of our identity platform and aligning with Zero Trust, governance, and AI-enabled access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field and 8+ years designing IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management experience overseeing direct reports.
• Experience leading IAM, security/platform engineering, cloud, or related teams.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, policy-based access control, and just-enough principles.
• Expertise with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and identity federation.
• Ability to deliver identity as a platform capability with self-service APIs.
• Experience automating with scripting, REST APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, IaC, policy-as-code, observability, and reliability.
