Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise IAM services that enable secure, scalable access across our technology ecosystem in a hybrid cloud world.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate identity into modern software delivery, drive automation through DevOps and AI, and build programmatic, self‑service IAM capabilities for developers and security engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions.
• 4+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Lead IAM/security/platform engineering teams and manage people.
• Architect identity services with automation, DevOps integration, and self‑service capabilities.
• Promote leadership development and continuous learning within teams.
