Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Manager to lead Identity Governance initiatives, including ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza, in Atlanta. You will design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize identity management systems with a focus on access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.

Responsibilities include guiding technical delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing governance standards, and enhancing entitlement management and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including 2+ years on ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing identity lifecycle management, access controls, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of entitlement management, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven leadership in managing technical workstreams and mentoring teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and troubleshoot complex issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Enhance clients’ identity visibility, entitlement management, and security posture using relevant technologies.
• Guide onboarding activities and ensure successful project outcomes.
