Job summary

Motional in Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on Manager of Identity & Access Management to lead and modernize our enterprise IAM, IGA, and Okta architecture across multi-cloud, edge, and vehicle-to-cloud environments.

You will drive OAuth admin-consent governance, SCIM provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, and cross-functional workflows with HR and EUS, defining SLAs, KPIs, and a secure least-privilege framework for human and non-human identities.

Qualifications

5+ years in Identity & Access Management with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience implementing admin-consent workflows and auditing OAuth app integrations.
Deep expertise in identity federation across multi-tenant and hybrid cloud environments.
Hands-on Okta administration and architectural work across SSO, MFA, and lifecycle.
Cross-functional work with HR, IT Ops/EUS to streamline lifecycle processes.
Defined SLAs, KPIs, and automation for IAM operations.

Responsibilities

Define the long-term IAM roadmap aligned with Zero Trust and regulatory needs.
Drive OAuth security strategy and admin-consent governance across apps.
Architect and maintain secure identity federation using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Collaborate with HRIS (Workday/OracleHCM) to optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows.
Establish and monitor SLAs for access requests, incidents, and deprovisioning.
Lead and mentor an IAM engineering team and foster secure coding practices.
Oversee SCIM provisioning across internal tools and SaaS platforms.
Manage Okta Enterprise Management including lifecycle & workflows.
