Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager to join our Advisory Technology Organization in the United States. You will lead Identity Governance initiatives, architecting solutions with ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza, and drive secure onboarding and enterprise integrations.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with collaboration across security, business stakeholders, and project leadership to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Identity Governance and Administration experience including two years with ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza.
• Experience implementing identity governance solutions including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, reviews and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of governance, entitlement management, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations from design to onboarding.
• Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop governance standards, solution designs, and operational procedures.
