State of Georgia, Department of Driver Services, is hiring an Identity and Driver Credential Specialist 1 in Norcross (MSA). This full-time role focuses on issuing licenses and identity credentials, guiding customers, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with state laws.

You will work in a high-volume center with opportunities for advancement and a $3,500 supplement in addition to base pay. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of cash transactions experience (cash handling, reconciliation, and processing payments).

Responsabilités

• Assist citizens with applications, records, and documents accuracy.
• Accompany drivers in vehicles to evaluate adherence to Georgia laws.
• Conduct driving examinations for motorcycle and commercial licenses.
• Operate visual testing equipment.
• Process payments via cash or credit cards.
