Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to oversee high-spend, global accounts, coordinating multi-product strategies and executive engagements. You will translate business requirements into operational tech strategies, optimize delivery frameworks, and lead teams through critical escalations.

You will mentor colleagues, influence roadmap decisions, and contribute to AI-driven tooling while maintaining enterprise-grade partnerships and security standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience in TAM/CS/sales engineering or professional services with global accounts.
Deep cybersecurity knowledge, including Zero Trust, cloud deployments, and identity integrations.

Responsibilities

Manage high-spend global accounts and multi-product strategies.
Optimize delivery frameworks and ensure operational readiness.
Mentor peers and lead critical escalations with executive stakeholders.
Advise on AI-driven tools and feedback loops for enterprise standards.
Represent Ping Identity at events and influence cross-functional teams.
