Job summary

Okta is seeking a Product Acceleration Specialist to drive deployment and implementation of new products. You will work with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams to design, develop, and optimize solutions that meet customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with multiple Okta products and proficiency in at least 2 core product areas.
• Background in identity and access management with foundational knowledge of Okta offerings.
• Familiarity with identity federation and user management protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and frameworks (e.g., NIST).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and orchestration tools.
• Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python) are a plus.
• Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC and governance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• IGA or PAM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to advance milestones for Okta products.
• Communicate solutions to customers and teams, detailing value and differentiation.
• Understand customer challenges and craft technical solutions.
• Strategize with the account team on solution positioning for new Okta products.
• Provide field input on new offerings with PM & PMM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand problems and craft answers.
• Perform hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and testing of products.
• Support a global, distributed team with flexible working arrangements and clear communication.
• Advocate for product adoption through content creation and community engagement.
